Easy to install and works exactly as expected.

I ordered an entire house lot of these switches. 1 year on, I wouldn't ever want to go back to a traditional switch. They're really nice to use as normal switches with a very easy push feeling to them. But they offer so much more.

They can all be programmed through an app. I have programmed my heated towel rail to come on and off at desired times. Outside lights and stairwell lights work on a timer. Coming on at sunset and off at midnight.

And they can be programmed as function switches, so you can (for example) press the 'leave home' button, and all lights you choose, can turn off in that moment. (or whatever combination of 'on/off' you desire).

Some of the more advanced features of the app are a little hard to understand how to implement. But do-able with a little will power.

I bought a floor standing light from Kmart (which connects to Alexa). And I can also program one of these switches to turn on that light too.

I have had one switch fail on me in the 1st year. But Lykalyte were amazing in getting a replacement out to me. Great service there.

All in all, these are the future of switches and I'm glad to be getting the benefits of them right now!

This has been a fantastic addition to our home, and gives up to the minute information on how much power our most power hungry devices are. We've got this integrated with Home Assistant, and with the control we have on most appliances we can limit the power consumption where necessary.

Smart relays are a much preferred option IMO. This is my first one and I won't be doing anything other than relays for the rest of my house.

This Shelly dimmer works brilliantly and does exactly what it says. Relatively straight forward to wire and set-up. Integrates easily with Alexa so controlling via voice is simple. Will be buying more

Great product

I'm using this as a sensor for my mailbox and its working great. Set up was easy and with Wifi , I have long range to cover my mailbox. :)

I mostly have smart light bulbs, but my kitchen has dumb down lights and this switch is an excellent way to smarten them up. The second “gang” is for my heat transfer system, and I’m about to attach a sensor to the top of the wall by my wood stove and set it up so that the heat transfer system turns on any time the temperature up there gets above 45° or so.

Lykalyte great to deal with, very pleased with Shelly Plus 2PM product.
Both highly recommended.
Shelly website a bit complicated for an 80 year old compared with TP Link TAPO, but got there in the end.
TAPO much easier on a day to day basis also.
